If within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, with any non-personalized item you ordered, we will either replace it or provide you with a full product refund, excluding the shipping fee of $6.50 - no questions asked. But we would appreciate any feedback you can supply, so we can improve the next time!
You will receive an email once your package has been received by us and your refund has been issued for the returned item.
Simply indicate on the packing slip with your return, if you wish a refund or replacement, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend you purchase confirmation tracking on your package being returned, since we will not be held liable for lost shipments. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number and if you wish a refund or replacement on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Faulty or damaged Returns
If your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your shipping fee. If you have kept any items on your order, we will not be able to refund your shipping fee.
When returning your damaged or faulty item, you will need to pay to send the item back but don’t worry, tell us how much you paid by including a note with the returning item or email our Customer Service at email@example.com and you will be reimbursed once your item has been received. We ask that when you return these items to us, you have a delivery confirmation since we will not be liable for lost shipments.
