If within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, with any non-personalized item you ordered, we will either replace it or provide you with a full product refund, excluding the shipping fee of $6.50 - no questions asked. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PAYPAL.
We do not require a minimum order amount. If the order amount is $49.99 or less, the shipping fee a flat $6.50. If the order is $50.00 or greater that shipping will be free.
Your credit card will be billed at the time you submit your order. If shipping is applicable, it will be billed at the time you submit your order. All credit card transactions on this site are safe: we guarantee it!

I search, seek, hunt and shop to obtain the most wonderful, fun and unusual bird items for us all to share and enjoy. As I do this, I am always cognitive of the price, so I can keep pricing at a good value.

Promotion codes, specials and discounts will be updated often as a banner on the home webpage. You can also receive promotions by following iLoveBirdThings.com on Twitter and by visiting our Facebook page. We all love a deal, so please make sure you sign up!

- Viewing Orders
- Please log into your account and you will be able to check your order status and view your tracking number once your order has shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have any further questions regarding your order status, please contact Customer Service anytime at customerservice@ilovebirdthings.com.
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If your order has been shipped and you would no longer like the product you may refuse the package and it will be sent back to us. You will be issued a refund in the amount of the order minus the shipping charge. If that order did receive free shipping, the regular $6.50 shipping cost will be deducted from the refund before it is issued.
